The month of August held racing events at Mid-Ohio and the Virginia International Speedway. In the Superbike Mathew Mladin won all four races bringing him within only six points of series leader Ben Spies. In Supersport Joshua Hayes won the only race held in August due to weather and is within striking distance of the championship with two races remaining. The Xtreme series was a one-man show as was the Superstock with Joshua Hayes and Ben Spies continuing their tear and just about locking up the series titles. The Final two races of the 2007 season are to be held at Road Atlanta and the Mazda Raceway. With the points title up in the air in two of the four series the last two races are going to be key, check back next month to see who was able to keep it all together in the final stretch of the season.
